Yes. While we welcome in-office appointments in Ocala, many of our services can be completed remotely. We assist clients throughout Florida by phone, email, and secure document delivery.

Yes. We provide in-office notary services, and every document we prepare includes notarization and witness signatures when required by Florida law at no additional charge. Limited mobile notary appointments are also available for hospitals, hospice patients, nursing facilities, and other situations where travel is difficult.

Our pricing covers the preparation of your legal documents and does not include filing fees or filing services. Most clients file their completed documents themselves using the instructions we provide. In certain situations, we can file documents on your behalf for an additional mobile service fee, particularly for clients who live outside the area or are unable to file in person.
